What is LifE KiT?

Today, LifE KiT Lifestyle Co. continues to design innovative accessories, thought-provoking apparel, and sustain an influential web platform that aims to promote a way of life that sees obstacles as opportunities and fears as fuel. Once a mere collective dream of three college friends from North Carolina; now a lifestyle that touches thousands around the globe. They only hope to learn, grow and encourage you to do the same.  By all means, See, Reach, Grab. 

How long will my order take to reach me?

Everything besides the neckware should reach you within 4-6 days of your purchase.  Please allow the neckware approximately 10-15 business days to reach you.

Is my information safe?

All your personal information provided to LifEKiTLifestyle.com is protected.  We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties.

How I will know my order was received?

If you successfully placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox.  The e-mail will include the amount of your purchase, what you ordered, and a order number.   If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk mail. If you don’t see it, feel free to contact us.

What types of payments does LifE KiT accept?

We accept PayPal Payments, Google Checkout, all major credit cards, and rare gems!

If I order a LifE KitT and it doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?

Yes, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Where is LifE KiT headquarters? Is there a LK Store?

At this time the LK Headquarters is located in Durham, North Carolina.  We do not have a physical store as of yet, but definitely in the plans.

Exchange Policy

LifE KiT will accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of delivery and will perform an exchange at the time of return. E-mail approval is required from LifE KiT for the exchange process to begin.  All inquiries can be sent to us via the Contact Us. page.  Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To return an item by mail, insure the package and mail it to the address below. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to exchange your purchase. Items must be placed back in there original packaging.  LifE KiT is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit to us.

Shipping / Delivery

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.  Items such as neckware, bracelets, and wooden buttons are usually made to order and should take no longer than 15 days to reach you.  In stock items are typically delivered within 4-6 business days of your purchase.  The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.  Your purchase may be delayed due to extenuating circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for this delay.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale.
